Because Great Businesses Are Built on Great People…

One of the things we’re most proud of at DMT Facilities isn’t the projects we complete or the clients we work with, it’s the people.

A year ago, one of our engineers joined us from New Zealand on a working visa. Since then, he’s become a valued member of the team and, if we’re honest, part of the DMT Facilities family.

It got us thinking about how many great people come to the UK, contribute their skills, become part of local communities and workplaces, and then face difficult decisions when their visa comes to an end.

That’s one of the reasons we’re currently exploring becoming a licensed sponsor.

For us, it’s not about growing into a huge corporate business. It’s about having the ability to support good people who share our values and have become an important part of our team, should they wish to continue their journey here in the UK.

Facilities Management is ultimately a people business. Buildings don’t maintain themselves, and great service comes from great people.

We’re incredibly grateful for the team we’ve built and excited about creating opportunities for talented engineers to grow with us in the future.

Because at DMT Facilities, people aren’t just employees – they’re part of the family.

And to that person — if you’re reading this, we hope we’re able to continue supporting you and keep you as part of the DMT family for years to come. It has been a privilege to work alongside you, and we’re incredibly grateful for the dedication, professionalism and character you’ve brought to our business every day.
