Getting the Bird’s-Eye View

In this post, Team DMT shares our drone roof leak inspection process, using high-tech tools to locate and fix even the trickiest leaks. We got the call to tackle a leaky roof, and we knew just the tool for the job – our trusty drone! Here’s a peek into our step-by-step process so far. Spoiler alert: the results are looking solid, and we can’t wait to share the full story soon.

Step 1: Getting the Bird’s-Eye View

To start, we conduct a drone roof leak inspection, which allows us to view every area from above and identify potential leaks quickly. First things first, we needed to pinpoint exactly where the leaks were coming from without the hassle of ladders and guesswork. Out came our drone – fully equipped with a high-resolution camera and thermal imaging capabilities to locate potential trouble spots.

Step 2: Scanning for Trouble

Once in the air, our drone swept over the roof, capturing every angle and crevice. The thermal imaging helped identify areas with hidden moisture, even where leaks weren’t obvious to the naked eye. This technology saved us time and made sure we didn’t miss a thing!

Step 3: Analysing the Findings

Back on the ground, we reviewed the footage and flagged the specific areas that needed attention. With clear, detailed images, we mapped out a game plan to get the repairs done right the first time. No guessing – just precise, data-driven repairs.

Next Steps Coming Soon!

We’re just getting started! Keep an eye out for our next post where we’ll break down the hands-on repairs and final checks that sealed the deal on this leaky roof. Stay tuned for the full wrap-up with before-and-after shots, and see exactly how we made this roof leak-proof.

Our drone roof leak inspection ensures no leak goes undetected, allowing us to locate and address problems with precision

When more technical issues arise, additional contractors often need to be sourced and managed separately,

Because Great Businesses Are Built on Great People…

One of the things we’re most proud of at DMT Facilities isn’t the projects we complete or the clients we work with, it’s the people.
